Responding to the Da Vinci Code

The movie, Da Vinci Code, will be released in May. We want to equip you to answer the challenging questions that will be raised by the movie including the deity of Christ and reliability of the Bible.

This page is evolving. Several resources have been or are in the process of being created to help equip Christians with solid answers and to help begin the dialogue with seekers and sceptics. Please check back frequently for updates.

Here is what is currently available:

The Da Vinci Code: A Quest for Answers is a 128-page book aimed specifically at questions raised by the movie. A downloadable study guide will be available on March 1st.

The Da Vinci Code: A Companion Guide to the Movie is ideal to give to seekers and skeptics. This 20-page, full-color, mini-magazine can be discussion starter. .

TheDaVinciChallenge.com is a website offering informative essays by a broad array of leading Christian scholars, pastors and educators addressing many of the historical and theological issues touched on in The Da Vinci Code, a novel by Dan Brown.

JesusandDaVinci.com is an evangelistic website of the 4 Spiritual Laws with an introduction that ties to the Da Vinci Code novel.

 

Leadership U. has a section of useful resources that addresses several of the doctrinal issues related to the novel.
